About the Author Vicky Omifolaji is the owner of Vicky Omifolaji Consulting & Psychotherapy Services with over 20 years’ experience helping and empowering people to deal with their life issues. She is also the Director of Life Skills Programs for Young People an organization with the primary goal of helping to develop critical life skills in children as well as young adults. These include the skills to believe in themselves, handle their feelings, make and keep friends, cooperate with others, foster respect, resolve a conflict that in turn builds resilience. Vicky is an Accredited and Clinical Mental Health Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers and an Accredited Drug and Alcohol clinical worker. Vicky also makes herself available for private and corporate speaking events. She organizes events to help foster solid relationships with events such as Valentine’s Day bash, Mother and daughter high tea events and ladies’ retreat. She is an author of children’s (picture) books to help in equipping children with skills including bully proofing, anger management, problem-solving and emotional self-awareness. Vicky has made it her life mission to help others with her wisdom and empathy. She is down to earth and tries to impact everyone that crosses her path positively. Vicky is happily married to Dr. Stephen Omifolaji. She has three wonderful children – Shina, Victor, and Maryanne.

Now, I'm 22 and in a few years I might want children. One fear of mine, though, is my own children going through what I went through. After reading this guide, I have to say I will be keeping it around and using it to teach my child what to do. I want my child to be strong and know what to do if they are bullied.In a world where bullying has been upgraded to not only face-to-face but also online, you need to be prepared. This book has prepared me and I don't even have children yet but I do have nieces and nephews. Regardless of having children or not, this book will help you. Check it out!
