1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Very quick and passionate read By Snips This was a very short and quick read. The synopsis tells the whole story and I liked it for what it was. It was a tale of a woman starting a new life and she just left her cheating boyfriend and fate or karma has her become involved with not one, but two gorgeous carpenters. They do have a lot of chemistry and quickly enact their fun and desires. I do recommend this book if you are looking for a passionate quick story to read after reading a dark or serious story.

Not having read any of Ms Carnay’s work I decided to give it a go as I am always looking for new authors. The plot is believable and the characterization of Raven, Bruce and Hank is adequate. The pacing is fast, but the writing I found a bit choppy which made the flow uneven. There’s a part where she mentions that “It’s late. You both must be starving. Let’s forget it all and just eat.” Then the next scene, without any break, has them washing dishes. The sexy scene was a bit unimaginative. But luckily the epilogue summed their HFN very nicely. Not giving up, I’ll try another story from this author.A copy was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.My rating: 2
