***Warning Explicit Content 18+*** Jordan and Hope have been best friends their entire lives. A three year age gap never mattered to them – they always remained inseparable. Jordan spent his whole life protecting the little girl who called his father Uncle Derek, and Hope spent her whole life adoring the boy with the green eyes. From slumber parties to camping holidays the pair have always been together, enjoying each other's company, guiding one another. But then, at thirteen, Jordan's mother moved him back to his hometown of Addyson, his whole life, his future, was transformed. Taken away from his father, his hope, Jordan spent the next few years completely closed off. When the time comes for Jordan to finally return to Thirteenth Street, Hope discovers something is very wrong... Author's Note: Always is the second book in the Carter Kids series. It is a novella with a cliffhanger and sets up the premise to Hope and Jordan's story, Inevitable. Due to its sexually-explicit content, scenes of abuse, violence, and moderate bad language, Always is recommended for mature readers of eighteen years old and above.

It captured my heart from the get go. Choe Walsh brings alot of emotions out in her book and this will not be excluded from the list. I live how Chloe gives us the background to their love. How it was just the two of them an how they were each other's first everything and how they were supposed to be each other's only. Then he has to go and ruin it****SPOILERS*****He brings another woman to her parent's anniversary party? How classless or clueless is he?!? Then to come find out he's getting married to the woman on Hope's bday?!? Then here's the kicker, Hope and Jordan are legally married! So he is technically cheating on the love of his life! I hope he feels immense guilt for that.I wish that he hasn't ruined anything. That he hasn't slept with anyone else, but I'm sure that's not the case. He probably whored himself out in grief of losing her and Hope hasn't slept with anyone else. I'm not a big fan of those kinds of books. Well at least not that part. I find the man undeserving of having an untainted woman and he's tainted himself. Please don't let Jordan be that guy! Especially with his current fiancee. I hope Chloe Walsh is opened to suggestions.

I love Hopes smart-ass/hard-ass attitude towards jordan-the-douchebag-porter! The back story has left my mind spinning about what happened to poor jordan (still doesnt excuse his hard-headedness [is that a real word] towards Hope). I'm aching to see what happens next. I'm seriously ready to kick Mr. Porters ass for the date that means something (trying so damned hard to not give away info to people who havent read it). Thst reallllly got me spittin. If he wanted to move on so badly hed stop messing with her but using that date. Oooohhh. He deserves more then a slap. But poor Hopey-bear.

Pure Chloe Magic By Alycia Marie I wish there was a way to give more than five stars because this novella would get them!Chloe Walsh is pure effing magic yet again. The feelings and emotions she draws out of her simple yet profound words is just jaw dropping. Breathtaking and heartbreaking, passionate and swoon worthy, laugh out loud funny and oh the tears, Always is everything readers love about Chloe and so much more.Hope and Jordan's journey from childhood to adulthood was beautifully gut wrenching to read. My heart soared, it shattered, I broke and crumbled, but every minute and every word was worth it. I cannot wait for their full story!
