By Edith Winters I have to admit, Charity annoyed me a little in the previous book because I was so sad for Hope and her situation. I won't reveal too much since you would have to read both books. However, after I read this book I loved that Charity was so relatable and so honest. Not to mention this book came with it's many ups and downs! I have loved every single book from Jenn Faulk thus far, with Beyond the Game as my all time favorite. Looking forward to many more to come :)

There are the usual elements: mystery, romance and humor. Plus painful honesty. The raw reality of being a pastor's wife, the trials of church politics and the difficulties of a Godly marriage.Because of her unique understanding of missions and pastoral life, Jenn Faulk manages to bare Charity's soul and dissect an honest marriage as only she can.I give this book 5 stars only because 10 wasn't an option!!!

I'm impressed with how quickly she gets them out, though I do wish they were a little longer :) No spoilers, but I appreciated how this book was about strengthening an existing relationship rather than a "will they, won't they?". There aren't enough chick-lit books that deal with the romance post-wedding.
