6 of 6 people found the following review helpful. Just ok - too busy By MHR I thought the plot was stretched to thin. Everything was thrown into this storyline except the kitchen sink. What happened to Reggie??? What happened to Ivan??? What happened to ???? There were too many loose ends for me to consider this a good read. The leading lady acted so silly in the beginning that it wasn't realistic at all. I won't purchase another book in this series. Again it wasn't a terrible read but it wasn't good.

Expected more encounters with Sasha's ex and still scratching my head over the whole Laurente mess as I never envisioned a Russian gangster could be so peeved over something so petty. Too many characters brought into the story for me which in some instances added no value to the overall story.

I enjoyed revisiting with the other couples from past books also. Sasha, a sweet young lady who was dealt and ugly hand when she is involved with a controlling boyfriend. She flees to Hilton Head to be with her family, but on one stormy night she meets her champion. Enter Salvador millionaire play boy and lover to the ladies. Salvador is sexy, strong, demanding, compassionate and loyal to those he cares about. Salvador is very attracted to Sasha, but his friendship to her cousins are making him hesitant. However, he still wants Sasha in his bed. Sasha is also on the fence about Salvador because she thinks it's to soon to get involved with anyone after her last relationship. But passion ignites and rules are broken. The heart wants what the heart wants. There is a person threatening their happiness and Salvador will do anything to protect Sasha. The passion between Sasha and Salvador is much caliente!!! A great read you will not be disappointed.
