Many times we are so good at making judgments of a person or situation by the way they are dressed, how they talk, or how we perceive they will conduct themselves and seldom do we experiences opportunities to have our thinking challenged.Each chapter shows the transformation in the lead character as he encounters folks along the way which silently challenge his bias and perceptions.The Other Side is a very easy and enjoyable read. The author does a magnificent job of painting word pictures throughout. The Other Side would be a good "read-aloud" book for the family.

It is one that affords the reader the luxury of illuminating some self-knowledge. I have always favored those books that, upon finishing, I realize something about myself/my life that I previously had not come to terms with. This is such a book, and I highly recommend it. Those who read it and read it thoughtfully, will come to realizations about their own individual lives and perceptions that maybe have not yet been explored, and need to be. Read and learn!

Are you always seeking the Greener grass? How do you treat others? The short stories you will read are very funny and deeply thoughtful. This is a very good read and the Author Paul Raymond has done a wonderful job in making you think about your own life. I would highly reccomend it!
