It exposed certain "blindside" areas in my life today. The book offers suggestions and helpful strategies (Mental Notes), that assist with digging and thinking deeper about ones choices - either making, and/or about to make. I highly recommend this book. . . . and the journey it will take the readers on.

Chapters six and nine stood out for me and I find myself going back and referencing some interesting info and advice. Ladies, you would find this book helpful in dealing with relationships good or bad!

It made me really sit down and evaluate the reasons for my actions when making decisions on relationships. Chapters 12-15 were my favorites. And I was so convicted after reading the Chapter "Stuck". Get a copy for your younger daughters, sisters, friends.
