EASY SMILING was an uplifting, delightful little book!In the short time it took me to read through it, I was:1) Challenged to remember happy events2) Challenged to spin in circles3) Challenged to laugh my head off4) And to Sing, Sing, SingWho ever thought of practicing to laugh?? What a delightful concept. How easily we practice grumbling and complaining and even accept the sour, grumpy behavior of ourselves and those around us...BUT what if we all started to work on smiling as much as we work on whining??That's what EASY SMILING will challenge you to do!!Are you ready for a change?? Luckily for us, Kim Zubek has outlined some very simple and easy to do daily exercises that are guaranteed to put a smile on your face! This book isn't full of shallow, trendy promises. Instead, the author combines the wisdom of famous historical figures with her own unique personal voice to explain the daily exercises that will make it easy for even the most dour person to find a way to smile.
