About the Author Erica A. Spence started her career in Healthcare. After honorably retiring from the Navy in 2001, she knew there was more to be accomplished; and turned her life and talents over to the Lord. As part of her Ministry outreach she has also developed and launched a website www.recontorestoration.org to help her Military family heal from the stresses of war. Her aim in this book is to develop wholeness and readiness to be married, but instructs readers to be content in whatever season of life they are in. Assisting readers to develop trust in the Lord, she speaks of God as the One who sets and changes the seasons in our lives, encouraging readers that we can trust Him in all things – that He is our Husband. Though-provoking and full of Scripture, this read will help readers cope with the many life issues, giving inspiration to live a life focused on their walk with the Lord, thus propelling individuals into their life purpose as a child of God, whether that may be marriage or singleness.Easy-to-read, to the point and under 40 pages, the author offers biblical truths that speak of how to live a life separated and holy unto God, according to the Word of God. Within each chapter, the Holy Spirit gave her poems that really are poignant and touching. It's an easy and simple book but very direct and empowering By Amazon Customer Thru the encouragement of a friend I decided to read the book even though I've been married for over 25 years. It is so worth the investment. It's an easy and simple book but very direct and empowering. I am a strong believer that we are always learning and we can always take something away, even if it's just a few nuggets. But this book is overflowing with His spirit, His word and His heart for His children. It's so awesome to see how the Lord speaks thru his sons and daughters. I highly encourage you to be willing to open your mind and yield your spirit to what He has for you thru this book. How to be Married when you are Single (and Married too). God loves you so much and is inviting you sit in his lap and receive what He has to share.

I didn't know what to expect but after reading the book the message was clear. My relationship with Christ took on a whole new meaning. I am looking forward to the next book. Hopefully she will go into greater details about her journey before and after her encounter with the Lord. This book will and should inspire a lot of single men and women to cherish their relationship with the Lord. Even if you are not a Christian, this book will help you in your relationships.
